WHAT IS MY REASON FOR BECOMING A PERSONAL TRAINER?
At age 44 after being very athletic all my life, I found myself tilting the scale at 285 lbs and not being able to enjoy the physical activities I use to. I returned to the gym and retained a trainer and lost 85 lbs and changed my lifestyle. I Recognized that many people my age have the same issues and desires but are intimidated by young, “Hard Body” Trainers so I decided to become certified and help those in reaching their goals of a healthier life. The gym isn’t always about lifting weights and being a “muscle head”, it’s about achieving ones individual goals to enjoy a long and healthy life.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME:
My clients can expect a very personalized program to fit their goals. I share personal stories of my own in helping them feel comfortable while exercising and understand that anyone can achieve their goals. All sessions include information on exercise and nutrition based on their specific goals.
